Refund Conditions

Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

- Refunds are available only for payments made by cards through payment systems (WayForPay, LiqPay).
- Refund requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
- Refunds are possible only if the service was not provided or the product was not delivered.
- In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the same card used for the payment

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- Phone number
- Reason for the refund request
- Last 4 digits of the card used for payment

Refund Processing Time

We will review your refund request within 3 business days of receiving all necessary information.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to the card used for payment.

Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

The request was made more than 12 hours after the purchase.
Incorrect or insufficient information was provided to identify the payment.
