If it is not in the main folder with letters - be sure to check the "Spam", "Promotions" and "All Mail" folders.
If the letter is in spam, then move it to a regular folder so that your mail client does not accidentally delete this letter.
The letter may not arrive only in 2 cases:
1. You have filters for receiving certain letters in the mail. In this case, you need to check the mailbox settings.
2. You specified the wrong mail when placing the order.
Some email clients hide part of the email, but give the option to open the entire email.
